Our Hotel & Bistro are currently CLOSED until the end of April 2020.

Our BOTTLE SHOP and ACCOMMODATION SERVICES are still operational & OPEN.

We’ve undertaken precautionary measures to keep our team and customers safe, including additional cleaning and sanitisation, whilst ensuring we provide you access to the essential products you need.

If you’re currently in isolation or believe you’ve had contact with the COVID-19 virus, then we encourage you NOT to come in store & to self-isolate.

If shopping in store, we ask that you treat our team members with respect, they’re here to help.

At Woodburn’s Rod ‘n’ Reel Hotel we cater for functions of all sizes and tastes, we also offer FREE Function Room hire.

Our Chef & Function Team will work with you to find a catering solution suited to your event.

From easy finger food options to specialised catering and individual dietary requirements, rest assured, we will have you covered.

We want to help & our Team are available to assist you with your booking or help you with any questions you may have.

Function, Party & Special Event Enquiry Form

Please submit your details below & our dedicated function staff will contact you as soon as possible.

Although we change no hire fees for Functions, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your function date. This amount will be deducted from catering costs*. Guest numbers & event menu must be finalised a minimum of 1 week prior to your Event Date. Catering costs must be PAID 3 days in advance of Event date.
